1.Air end
Two-stage compression, energy saving up to 15% compared to a single stage. Two-stage compression, small compression ratio, less leakage, small bearing load, and greatly improved bearing life.
2.Motor
High starting torque. Special motor for air compressor, imported high-quality bearings. IE3 high-efficiency motor, reduce your cost of use. Protection class IP54, insulation class F.
3.Inverter
Professional customization, perfect match with the motor. Comprehensively monitor motor parameters, including motor temperature, to reduce the risk of motor high temperature. Independent air duct design, strong environmental adaptability.
4.Centrifugal fan
The whole series adopts centrifugal fans, which are more efficient and energy-saving. Compared with axial fans, centrifugal fans have the characteristics of higher wind pressure, lower noise and more energy saving.
5.Air filter
The filtration area exceeds 150% of the normal requirement, the inlet pressure loss is low, and the energy efficiency is high.
