Description

  1. If you choose SOLLANT low-pressure screw air compressor, you can pay half of the electricity bill, the air supply in the process system can still be guaranteed, and energy saving and emission reduction can be achieved!
  2. Air filter element: imported filter material, high filtration precision, enlarged filter area, effectively reducing suction resistance: added safety filter element and cyclone filter, effectively improving safety factor and filtration efficiency. Oil fine separation core: The enlarged oil fine separation core doubles the filter area, and ensures the extremely low oil content of the compressed air under the condition of low pressure.
  3. Oil and gas separator: strictly calculate the airflow velocity, increase the flow area, and lengthen the sedimentation separation time, and the separation efficiency is over 99%. Enhanced oil filter: adapt to harsh working conditions, filter out impurities and deteriorations in lubricating oil more effectively, and ensure the service life of the main engine to the greatest extent.

1.Air end

Dedicated low-pressure main engine, specially developed for low-pressure working conditions, optimizes the screw profile and internal pressure, and improves the efficiency of the main engine. Adopt the design idea of "large rotor, large bearing, low speed" to reduce noise and vibration, and increase the life and stability of the main engine.

2.Motor

Permanent magnet synchronous motor. IP54 protection grade, more stable and reliable than IP23 in harsh environments. The ceramic-coated bearing is used to completely eliminate the influence of shaft current on the bearing. Reasonable magnetic field design, magnetic density distribution, wider operating frequency range of energy-saving motor and low operating noise.

3.Coupling

High quality and efficient coupling. The coupling is a torsional elastic coupling with a failure protection function, which can effectively damp and reduce the vibration and impact generated during operation.

4.Inverter

Advanced and reliable electronic control system, large-size color LCD touch screen, with good man-machine communication interface, touch screen with anti-mistouch and sleep function. Develop special programs for low-voltage characteristics, comprehensively monitor various parameters of the machine, and automatically control the state of the machine, without the need for special personnel to take care of it.

5.Intake valve

Intake valve, low-pressure special normally closed butterfly valve, stable operation, high air volume control accuracy, built-in noise reduction design, low cavitation noise and long service life.
