Hydrogen compressor is a special positive displacement compressor with large compression ratio and good sealing performance, and the compressed gas is not polluted by solid impurities such as lubricating oil. Therefore, it is suitable for compressing high-purity, rare and precious, flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful, corrosive and high-pressure gases. Due to its special structure, the oxygen reciprocating low pressure diaphragm compressor does not require lubrication and has very good sealing performance. The compressed medium is not in contact with any slip agent, so it can compress gas with very high purity, generally reaching a purity of 99.999%, which is more suitable for compression.
